Overall Satisfaction with Projectplace
We use projectplace to manage our development projects and to interface with our inhouse developed SCRUM board system. We are starting to use projectplace in our entire company, to do wide spread project work.
- Easy to combine kanban tokens and gantt scheduling
- Easy to use api that is powerful
- clear gantt schedule
- Load times are _very_ slow, and the browser is seriously bogged down during use.
- Time reporting is not good enough to actually use as a primary time reporting service. For example as an administrator I cannot see other users time reports, instead I have to export it to excel without context
- A bit expensive to add new users
- Easier overview for our stakeholders thanks to our integrations to the projectplace api
- Easier estimations of projects using canban tokens
- Good integrations to our SCRUM board
There are no alternatives that provide enough functionality! Projectplace is very, very slow to use, but it provides kanban tokens, project management and an api.
