Overall Satisfaction with Nintex Process Platform
Promapp has just recently been rolled out across the whole organisation with training focused by Department. The main goal is to document processes within Payroll Services which can be made readily available to all staff.
- Version controlled and the ability to go back to a previous version with ease
- ToDo's and reviews are a handy tool
- Easy to use and navigate
- A tracked change tool would be very useful
- Drafts being made available for others to view so a process is not duplicated to reduce time wastage
- We are still in the early stages of using it and have yet to see the many benefits it will provide
