Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
We use Prophix across the entire organization to create our yearly operating budget; we use Prophix to update that budget with forecasted expectations of where our actuals will land at the end of the fiscal year.

- We have streamlined our expense budgeting process by giving all department heads a standardized template to work off of.
Our experience with data integration has been great; we import data from our accounting system (Microsoft Great Plains) nightly and generally have not had many issues with this.
Currently we are using just the on-premise deployment, but we are very excited about implementing the cloud features within the next year. It would help our directors a lot if they could access prophix from the internet so they could budget and forecast while out of the office.
