Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

We use prophix in two different sub-departments, Project Controlling & IT Finance Expense Management. We manage our Resources, licenses & Services for our Run and Change Cost as well as Project Controlling where give access to Project managers to manage their project resources. This enable Opex team to report and analyze multiple expenses related to labor and non labor, FTE & Contractors and other aspects.

Prophix should be used to get rid of Excel-based reporting/budgeting and planning, and utilize Prophix workflow to streamline and implement Excel free(managed in) budgeting and planning.

Prophix has a very diversified and detail-oriented Calculation Engine for Detail Planning(Project/Resource Planning, Personnel Planning, Expense/Capex Planning), Collaborative Planning & Forecasting with workflow. Consolidated Reporting for a Sub-Department, Department or Organization or even Enterprise covering multiple regions with elimination entries. Advance features such as Anomaly detection can be very excellent tool for.
