We are planning and posting social media posts in advance in several social media accounts, so we need a tool for managing all the content: media, hashtags and texts. We also collect, analyze and follow competitors metrics as engagements, followers, number of posts etc. We collect bank of content in media libary to react on competitors

Usability

It is almost perfect tool with right balance between pricing and features we pay for. Probably will be developed in the area of AI, which is neccesarry nowadays. It is really useful and worth irs money. Interface, help instructions and features coud be in some more languages, which would simplify the use of that tool.

Excellent for planning social media posts and making some basic analysis of competitors, ease to use media library and posting which all means quick response to competitors activity. No other language than English makes it not understandable enough and we need to focus on the instruction to understand all the features.
