Overall Satisfaction with QAD Adaptive ERP

Our company's ERP system is QAD Adaptive ERP. Everything from part number, supplier information and work order goes through QAD Adaptive ERP.

QAD Adaptive ERP is very useful, especially for a contract manufacturer company because it's fairly easy to use.

Pros

  • Transactions
  • Browsing transaction history
  • Creating work orders
  • Viewing Purchase Orders and suppliers

Cons

  • The layout is old fashion. Can be more modern.
  • QAD Adaptive ERP has alot of functions that can be overwhelming to new users
  • We have used QAD Adaptive ERP for over a decade with no major problems
  • QAD Adaptive ERP licenses are limited and not everybody has access because of the cost
I don't use every function QAD Adaptive ERP has but the ones I do use are fairly simple and straight forward.
QAD Adaptive ERP is different from the products I listed because it's an ERP system.
I think QAD Adaptive ERP matches up to other ERPs.

I think QAD Adaptive ERP is well suited for a company with many locations such as ours. I can view which part was purchased and which location it was shipped to.
QAD Adaptive ERP can be less appropraite for smaller companies that don't have as much information.
