Qlik Sense is being used by our entire organization, at most all levels of the organization. It allows us to generate business insights not attainable through our ERP or CRM systems. It has allowed us to more proactively manage our sales teams and create visibility around activity we couldn't get previously.

- Positive - we have been able to dramatically reduce customer churn rate with increased business visibility.

- Positive - overall ROI has been more than measurable from a simple complexity reduction standpoint. No more creating custom reports on a monthly basis. Once a report or dashboard has been created, that report becomes a standard for us and can be easily modified for future use.
