Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense
We are using it to visualize our sales data. We use a very old system so it is hard for us to gauge what is happening sales-wise (trends, what items sell, what customers grow, don't grow, etc.), so we use the product for that. We also use the software to do conference calls with our reps, we show them what is working, what is not, and let them get data about all of their customers before they visit them and even send them PDF reports.
Pros
- Looks nice
- Easy to read
- Nice UI
- Great for display and presentation
- Easy to get hard to find data
Cons
- Hard to set up
- Sharing/limiting access very difficult
- Printing/exporting to PDF functionality does not work well
- Editing is very hard
- Updates were TERRIBLE and wrecked my account, needed help for 6 weeks to get it right again. George helped me and he was great.
- Helped reps know what is happening with their customers and leads to better relationships and more sales with reps.
- Helps businesses quickly learn important data.
- ROI is hard to measure but we are very happy to have it and happy to be more well informed before we make decisions.
I do not know any of the competitors we tried out. We were recommended Qlik and it was the right choice for our current situation.
