Qlik Sense is used throughout the organization, including our Purchase Department, Finance Department, Warehouse Team, Sales Department, and upper senior management.
Pros
- Ease of information gathering.
- Customization of data.
- Graphical representations of data.
Cons
- Better error messages on data reload, some error messages are unclear.
- Improved sales analysis.
- KPI management, causing performance in the warehouse to improve.
Our Sage 200 product came with a business intelligence package, but it was harder to use and awkward. Qlik Sense gave us much easier to access reporting.
