- Salesforce integration
Cons
- Salesforce contacts and panel member integration. Currently we have custom code to do that. I believe Qualtrics should provide out of the box capabilities.
- Qualtrics Panel filtering capabilities are bad when filtering is done using embedded data.
- Basic survey tool which has Salesforce integration capability.
Great feedback recording capability inside Salesforce.
