Qualtrics Review (Online Survey Software) Through my experience with using Qualtrics I have always been a satisfied customer for the past five years. The survey creation platform is an excellent web-based survey software package that offers a vast array of question types, well-designed eye catching survey background, useful survey promotion capabilities and user-friendly reporting capabilities. One of the many things I enjoy about Qualtrics is that it has both single management features and multi-users capabilities, which makes group survey creation seamless. With the multi-faceted use of this system, it has helped me with academic and corporate research. With my survey background and experience with many survey platforms, Qualtrics offers a good deal of different questions types. Examples of questions types include but are not limited to, different multiple-choice question types, matrix type questions, constant-sum type questions, rank order type questions and different text entry questions. Overall, the program is very well created and supported. Their customer support goes above and beyond to ensure that your experience with their survey creation, implementation, and reporting is positive as can be. I would highly recommend this survey company to a novice or an expert.

Overall Satisfaction

The implementation of Qualtrics within our organization is used differently in each department. The Human Resources department uses the platform for Employee recognition and rewards programs, employee satisfaction surveys, and other HR needs. The learning and development department uses the service to understand what training is needed internally and externally, what types of conferences satisfy our external clients, and collecting post conference/training satisfaction. Lastly, our council uses the platform to reach out to our external clients to understand their need and how we can offer better service and gather data on multiple levels.
