Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics

I currently use Qualtrics to follow up with our business partners to make sure that the service provided by my department satisfied their needs. We also ask for their thoughts on improving the process.

On the fun side, I use the Poll feature to enhance our team site and keep team members coming back as the content can change.

  • Ease of using skip logic makes building a comprehensive survey easy.
  • Dashboard view of active surveys gives a quick overview to let me know how many respondents.
  • Previewing on a mobile device helps me to assure a positive user experience.
  • Some features were limited but will be resolved with the new release.
  • Faster turnaround time for surveys and polls.
  • Immediate updates on survey results saves time in updating leadership.
Qualtrics' flexibility was the main reason my organization switched from another competitor. In addition, the customer service is wonderful. The few times that I personally have reached out for either help or direction, I have had a response within 10 to 15 minutes. It made me feel like I had a personal consultant at my fingertips. And the experience has always been positive.
As I work with SharePoint, Qualtrics' ability to interact with my sites really makes my job much easier.
