Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics

We use Qualtrics to internally to collect employee sentiment as well as externally with clients to gather incumbent ratings performance, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • The ability to customize the look and feel of surveys is excellent for promoting our brand.
  • The variety of item types allows us to ask form questions and fun questions in the same survey.
  • The reminders keep us organized so that we can target people who haven't completed a survey rather than emailing the entire group again.
  • Reporting has been going under much needed improvement efforts.
  • Text editing isn't intuitive, sometimes you have to edit line by line rather than bulk text.
  • Ability to brand surveys.
  • Increased capability to customize item types.
  • More pleasant experience exporting data (used to be frustrating, now it's as easy as clicking "download").
While SurveyMonkey is free of charge, Qualtrics is far superior in terms of customization, data collection, and data exporting.
Qualtrics is an integral part of my job - I use it daily and am always satisfied. When I do have a question, it never goes unanswered, their customer service is sublime and there is a community of users ready to help each other.
