Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics

Our organization uses Qualtrics to collect various forms of data (product evaluation, market research, customer experience research, academic research, etc.). We rely heavily on Qualtrics to gather data quickly and respond efficiently to important questions to those we service.

Pros

  • User friendly interface that allows multiple employees to contribute with little to no training investment.
  • A variety of customization options for developing surveys and managing collected data.
  • A skilled support staff that is both knowledgable and friendly.

Cons

  • Reporting options are expanding, but still somewhat limited.
  • Big data must be managed elsewhere.
  • We are able to respond more quickly to information inquiries.
  • We can field surveys and question types we simply could not before with other products.
  • It has provided an opportunity to train non-research employees more about conducting proper research.
We moved to Qualtrics from SurveyMonkey and haven't looked back. They provided so many more options than the competition and they have continued to add to their offerings. We are really pleased with the results we have obtained.
The bulk of surveys run smoothly. There are occasionally glitches that we get a few phone calls from respondents about, but the Qualtrics team is always quick to address them.
