Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
Qualtrics is a great survey platform. I use it to collect assessment data, as well as sign-up information for events. I know a variety of people who use it on our campus in various offices. It allows us to easily assess a large number of people by sharing one easy link.
Pros
- The functionality of designing surveys is intuitive and easy to understand.
- Customer support has always been top-notch. The very few times I've had a problem I couldn't answer myself, the staff at Qualtrics have been amazing.
- Qualtrics makes it easy to distribute surveys in a variety of venues.
Cons
- The new reports tool can be challenging to navigate. I've had trouble with this since the upgrade, and I know others who have too.
- It has made it easier for me to organize my event attendees.
- It has created a venue for feedback after events.
- It has allowed for greater collaboration in my department.
I've used other survey products and it seems as though Qualtrics offers a more professional product, and better support when using the product. It is also easier to navigate and utilize than many other products on the market. I basically taught myself how to use the product and didn't require much help after I was used to the system.
