Our university uses Qualtrics for surveys and research.
Pros
- Great support! I not only get my questions answered every time, but many times support will follow up by sending a video showing how to complete the task I called about.
Cons
- Nothing I can think of at this time.
- It's been very helpful in gathering feedback and assessing student satisfaction.
It seems that Qualtrics is more robust when it comes to reporting.
