Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
University of Texas at Austin has an institutional license with Qualtrics. Our organization uses Qualtrics to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our programs.
Pros
- Qualtrics is excellent for creating surveys to determine customer satisfaction
- Qualtrics helps provide quick analyses of survey results
- Qualtrics is good for creating event invitations and keeping track of RSVPs
Cons
- I work with a lot of graduate students who are temporary employees. When they graduate, I have to transfer ownership of all of the surveys they have created in order to add new collaborators.
- Qualtrics has really helped us communicate about the quality of our programs to stakeholders, which has helped us secure trust and funding for future projects.
I vastly prefer Qualtrics to Survey Monkey because there are more options, it is more professional, and it is more widely used in my field.
