Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base

We are using it as our CRM to house prospects and sales that feed to our Implementation Team to onboard new clients and to store client-specific information and documents for mass communication.
  • It is customizable so you can focus on what is important within your business.
  • Easy to use.
  • Helpful to all in the organization.
  • Would like notification emails to include a link to the client for easier access.
  • Would like the notification emails to have the client name in the subject line.
We have achieved benefit and now have a process where none existed previously.
I was not involved in the decision-making process, so I am not familiar with other options.

We have achieved the desired outcomes. We are able to run analytics detailing client services, length of service, and client needs.
I have not been involved in this.
We use QB as a CRM for sales prospects, implementation, and ongoing service. We now have a process once a client is sold on our service, which was lacking before QB. It is easy to locate clients within QB and we are using it with regularity.
