Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is used across our Infrastructure portfolio to help manage our projects that span across our company. QuickBase helps us prioritize projects and serves as the source system for basic project information. By using a single system to represent our portfolio this allows our project managers to focus on active projects, and what we have in the pipeline, while mitigating 'side projects' that might otherwise be done under the radar.
  • QuickBase Exchange is a nice to have and comforting to know there is a solution someone else solved for a common business problem.
  • QuickBase's simple interface and usability is an advantage when onboarding new users to the system.
  • QuickBase can provide a richer user experience if additional subscription tiers were available.
We have not achieved this state since we outsourced the development of our QuickBase app.

  • Solving a specific business challenge
Quickbase is well suited for overseeing simple projects or solving simple business problems, such as prioritization of work. Quickbase is less appropriate for modeling portfolios or resource planning across portfolios.
