Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is being used to create tickets, assign and prioritize tasks, and triage incoming bugs/issues. I create tickets for my projects for QAing and publishing online courses.
  • Easy to look up your own open tickets
  • Easy to see the status of a ticket
  • Easy to see the age of a ticket and who it was assigned to
  • The UI is pretty hideous and clunky; I prefer Trello
I'm not sure because we just started using it a few weeks ago and so far no one has had major complaints.
I use Trello for my own projects. Our production team chose to use QuickBase after using Smartsheet for a while. I believe they like QuickBase but if I had to pick, I would pick Trello for ease of use, clean UI, and better functionality.
  • Improving collaboration across one or more teams
It's just personal preference and honestly, QuickBase is better than nothing. We were previously using Smartsheet, which was OK, but QuickBase has a more robust functionality in terms of drilling down to specifics (age of ticket, when a ticket closes, who's working on what, etc.). I think QuickBase is suitable for a less tech savvy crowd. For my day to day tasks I prefer Trello.
