Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
QuickBase is being used to create tickets, assign and prioritize tasks, and triage incoming bugs/issues. I create tickets for my projects for QAing and publishing online courses.
- Easy to look up your own open tickets
- Easy to see the status of a ticket
- Easy to see the age of a ticket and who it was assigned to
- The UI is pretty hideous and clunky; I prefer Trello
I'm not sure because we just started using it a few weeks ago and so far no one has had major complaints.
