QuickBase is the best customization application program for forms

Quickbase is being used by our Education Department to register schools for field trips to our zoo and for outreach classes at the schools as well. We also allow teachers to register themselves online which takes a huge burden off of our staff's' shoulders and makes the registration process more efficient.
QuickBase allows one to custom design every aspect of one's application to suit our needs. They are always developing the program all of the time. Their tech support is fast and efficient as well which I find very rare.

We have achieved what we wanted in our Education Department as far as streamlining our registration process [goes]. The biggest benefit has been the reporting end of this application is so useful. You can create any kind of report or chart in seconds. We could not run this part of our business efficiently without this level of report capabilities.

This is not for the beginner user. This is for intermediate or advanced users. It is user-friendly but you must have some computer knowledge. It takes time to build these applications but it is worth it due to the exact customization to fit one's needs. Requires mostly no IT help. Depends on what you are doing with the application.

It was a very easy to update and maintain my existing applications. Once you understand how it all works it is a breeze to maintain. I had to ask for help with Quickbase on some aspects such as developing formulas to make fields do what I want them to do. Formulas are the most difficult part of updating and maintaining applications but they have such fast and great tech help there are no worries.
