Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
We use quickbase to store customer correspondence and order history. It is only used in our regional office. We love the versatility and ability to change the format so that it works best for us.

- Great search tools
- Able to access it anywhere
- Runs a little slow since it is web based
- Not super user-friendly as far as formatting is concerned
- Would love to see an app

QuickBase is more user-friendly and allows more customization.
It is not too difficult to build the applications. There are several templates that can be used as a base and improved to best suit your needs.
