Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
It's used by the technical support department for daily job activity logging. It's used by field organization for training scheduling. It's used by field organization for specialized process organization and tracking. It's used by entire field organization for machine log organization. It's used by project managers for project tracking. It's used by the entire organization for special activity tracking.
- Easy tracking of activities.
- Easy report creation.
- Very versatile. Can be customized for any database activity tracking.
- Could use more reporting capabilities.
- Tables sometimes hard to relate to other tables.
Our company uses QuickBase for training scheduling, special projects, day to day activity tracking, process requirements and more. [It's a] very valuable tool that has made many aspects of our business more functional.
I am the administrator and application developer and started using QuickBase years ago. I had no previous experience with databases and have managed to create many awesome apps that have been very beneficial to our business.

We have by far achieved all we wanted from QuickBase and more. Great, easy to use ap that has paid for itself time and time again.
QuickBase is great because we can update and change apps on a regular basis. We are constantly changing and updating our apps as our business grows and changes are needed.
