Use Cases and Deployment Scope

QuickBase is being used by the Production department of a publishing company. We use it as a holding repository for storing and accessing all stock photo/image archives for our books and products. It's faster and easier to find specific stock images for our projects using search terms/keywords etc., cutting down on the amount of time and effort necessary to find what we need, when we need it.

Cons

When user makes a mistake, it sometimes requires a help ticket for a QuickBase admin to revert/undo, as opposed to the user being able to resolve on his/her own.
Image thumbnail previews next to each entry so we don't have to click on each one to view. (However, this would probably result in slower page loading times.)

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited to any company needing a repository for holding/storing and quickly accessing images for projects. However, different options for organizing/categorizing and viewing the images might be useful (it's possible those options are already there and I'm just not aware of them yet).
