Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for mostly project management. We use it for entering facilities, and data. There are a lot of different things that we use it for down to creating surveys.

Pros

I would say I love that it's very user-friendly. It's very easy to build if you know where you're going.
It's easy to learn. There is a lot of information on the internet.
Google is definitely your friend and YouTube for finding help with Quickbase.
Always coming up with new innovative things

Cons

At this point, there's not much that's missing that I have come across. I think it covers a lot of different aspects of many different industries.
I would like to open a table to a default report of my choosing and not have to select that report again to make edits to the report

I really can't think of anything less appropriate because it's got such a broad spectrum of what you can do with it. I would say project management is probably the biggest thing. You can use it for accounting tracking. Employee information is pretty much anything. Timekeeping, payroll, etc.
