Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
Currently, we use QB to manage all our projects from inception to completion - cross-departments/cross-functionally. Our Corporate offices are wanting our location to move over to Salesforce, but we are hesitant because QB offers more diversity with what we need for our business.
Pros
- Manage tasks.
- Reporting.
- Quick snapshots of project status.
- Workflow
Cons
- To get reports the way I need them can be quite cumbersome sometimes - all the filters and knowing what and where they show up. I find that I have to do many "trys" before I get what I'm looks for or I give up.
- Having one reference point for all project points is a huge time saver.
From what I've used Salesforce for in the past and where our company is wanting us to go, Quick Base is much more user friendly.

Our company was recently purchased and we have been working to integrate our systems with the new corporate systems. Quickbase's ability to allow us to use pipelines to integrate with Salesforce has been key. It allows us to still function as normal, but report up to corporate through the means and channels that they require.
