Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
QB is the enterprise accounting system for the company and interfaces cleanly with ServiceTrade which we use to run the operations side of the business.
- Interfaces easily with ServiceTrade.
- Captures time reporting.
- Pays payroll taxes easily.
- Job costing is weak.
- Progress billings are difficult.
- More clarity with setting up a chart of accounts.
- Great value for the money.
- It's the right tools - not super expensive.
- Not an overwhelming number of features.
We haven't had much growth in the last year.
Self-paced video training we bought was perfect - I have used that to help train new employees.
Easy to use - lots of help available on the internet outside of QB - huge user community provides a wide variety of solutions/answers to questions.
Intacct was way overkill and too expensive for what we wanted - especially because ServiceTrade runs the operations side of the business. We just needed the core accounting from QB.
