QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is a widely-used accounting and business management software designed for small to mid-sized companies. Enterprise is the most powerful of the QuickBooks solutions, with core accounting features plus customizable reporting, financial dashboards and advanced tools to manage employees, payments and different locations. Features include inventory management and order fulfillment from start to finish, job costing for end-to-end tracking of construction projects, and advanced pricing controls with integrated inventory.

Built to scale with companies, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise enables up to 40 users, and has over 200 3rd party integrations including industry specific apps. Dedicated versions for construction, manufacturing and wholesale, retail, nonprofit, and professional services are available as is hosting for remote access. Dedicated account management, on-demand training, and 24/7 technical support comes automatically with the Priority Circle loyalty program. Training was great! New people get to learn new things with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, advanced people get to refresh their knowledge with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise! It's very easy to setup just make sure that everyone who's going to use it takes the certification training first since that's what we strongly suggest and include in our step by step onboarding plan.

It was easy to install, relatively easy to learn and train. Some of the more flashy updates have been less so such as fixed asset management and inventory tracking are far less intuitive. Additionally, the merchant services piece has been so unreliable we don't use the import feature any longer.

QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is an easy setup and supe user friendly, the great thing is you can correct mistakes during training very easily but yet keep a log of everything that has ever happened and who made the original and changing entries and when.

The setup process for Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise was pretty simple. We have been using it now for a number of years so it is constantly a work in progress, adding new accounts, making accounts inactive, setting up and revising templates, using it's features to the full. The training process for new users usually requires a bit of patience. The functionality and ability to change everyone's records keeps us constantly reviewing tax postings, setup of new jobs, set up of new list items.

I was trained by a former employee. I did not find QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise incredibly intuitive. I found that I was learning a lot as I went through trial and error. QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise was easy enough to use for the day to day within a couple of weeks, but to really have a full understanding of the entire software took several months to a year. Even now, there are many features that we do not utilize and I would require online tutorials to navigate them.

Being that Enterprise is very similar to the old pro version it was very easy to start using Enterprise. I watched maybe 2 hours of tutorial video's and felt like I had a good understating of the new features and how to use them. super easy to get up to speed on if you have at all familiar with a QB product.

It is very easy to implement QuickBooks Desktop for our organization and support is also very good from the Quickbooks. For this product one should have basic knowledge of the accouting to operate this product and use it effectively. we have in our organization dedicated team where they provide the training and knowledge of this product for the new employee and it is very easy to undrstand and inplement this product for our client.

Setup is easy and quick, just time consuming which is to be expected as you map everything how you need it. Integrations with outside connectors does take a bit more time and effort, but that is more of an issue with the connectors than it is with QuickBooks.

QB is so intuitive. I learned it from on the job training 15 years ago and it has been easy ever since! I know that I am not using all the tools that it offers. Once I discover something new, it's easy to run with it!
