QuickBooks is our primary tool to keep track of our customers and process their orders from quote through billing. Our QuickBooks is used to generate quotes and convert them to orders when our sales effort is successful. After the sales person converts the quote to an order, the accounting people manage it so that it reflects any changes/change orders while it is in progress. Once the product has been fabricated and installed, the order is reviewed and then and invoice is generated and set to the customer.
