Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We utilize QB across our entire organization. My Sales Dept. primarily uses QuickBooks for drop-ship purchase orders and sales reports. QuickBooks allows us to easily create tailored sales and inventory reports.
- Easy Purchase Order "copy" function.
- Product Category function allows items to be easily sorted.
- Sales Reporting Functions are relatively easy to create and sort.
- I've heard complaints from Accounting regarding the Payroll features but am not personally familiar.
- Product/Item search function seems to sort products by some method other than standard alphabetical at times making it troublesome to locate/add a specific item that is similar to others.
- QB simplifies accounting, purchasing, and sales needs.
- QB offers reporting functions that are incredibly helpful and easier to use than other programs we utilize.
- QB does seem to move slowly, although that may be due to our extensive entries.
We have experienced growth and have few complaints in way of scaling but are looking into QuickBooks Online for other branding solutions. Happy to report on this when I am more familiar!
I was not a big part of the setup, this did seem to take quite a while. The training was a breeze and QB responds quickly when we have questions or concerns.
I originally utilized our e-commerce platforms for customized reporting. QuickBooks is easier to use.
