Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
We use Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise every day for our accounting general ledger and payroll. We keep fund balances, non-profit reports as well as profit and loss statements, and many other reports. Account and project balances. Pay liability payroll taxes. Budgeting. Invoices and account payroll, write both electronic and hard copy checks.
Pros
- General Ledger accounting.
- Payroll.
- Reports that can be filtered and exported to Excel.
Cons
- When exporting to Excel it adds extra columns that are not needed.
- We can run a report any time it is needed.
- We can compare our income and expenses compared to any desired period.
- We are able to back several years and compare expenses, income, and budgets.
InterAct has about the same revenue as before but it was other factors. We are now starting to grow with some recruitment and mobilization efforts.
I did not set it up for InterAct. I have been with the ministry for 2.5 years and we have used Quickbooks for more than 10 years.
