Great desktop solution for those who have outgrown regular QuickBooks

Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

We serve a client that needs bookkeeping for manufacturing, inventory tracking, and client billing.

Pros

Cons

  • consolidating AR and AP helped to ensure accurate bill payments, and streamlined customer account tracking.
Having multiple aspects all in one software allowed us to skip the manual tracking and double entry and focus on growing the business
easy standard reports and reconciliations make monthly reporting efficient allowing us to have the information we need to make decisions

Yes

Well suited if you are starting out and can setup your processes from scratch and if all of your users are on-site or can remote in to your desktop.
If you have a long history which would have to be recreated it would be time consuming to do so. Lack of cloud based access limits who can access the software and when.
