Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions
It is used across the whole organization. It addresses inventory, financial reporting and budgeting.
Pros
- It's date oriented feature is great, you can go back and see reports at any point in time.
- The ability to change and adjust transactions it one of it's best features.
- With Enterprise you are allowed to have 2 companies open at the same time, a really nice time saving feature.
Cons
- Payroll - I tried to add that module but did not like how reports post all individual transactions to account. Posting only totals would really clean up the transactions in the accounts and make it easier to reconcile tax reports.
- Sometimes formatting reports is a challenging task to complete.
- Search options in the audit review would make this feature much more advantageous to use. It takes a long time to populate and there is a lot of information that is not needed.
- Better customer service
- Increased employee efficiency
- Greater control of inventory
We decided on quick books because of it's ability to import data from our time management system.
