Overall Satisfaction with Quip

Quip is really great to allow teams to communicate about tasks and projects directly while working on them. It helps to keep everything in sync. It's one of best collaboration tool in my company. The docs feature of this software is the most used. A very easy and fairly streamlined tool for collaboration.

Pros

  • It integrates comfortably with a single-sign-on.
  • Quip also allows more than one user editing a document at the same time.
  • It has a very interactive user interface.

Cons

  • Should incorporate some Excel and Powerpoint features.
  • Not a substitute for MS Office.
  • File sharing made easier.
  • Saves time by automating version control.
  • Great time saver.
I didn't really discussed much with customer support.

Easy to use. Great reliable, cloud integrated, and intuitive tool. Recommended to use. Sync up between team members very easy specially if teams are working from different locations.
