  • We use it as an effective way of collaboration between teams.
  • It can be used as an online spreadsheet.
  • It helps in accessing the data by multiple teams hassle-free.
  • Can customize the action like editing or locking the spreadsheet to the other users based on the business need.
  • The number of rows to be added to the spreadsheet has limitations. & we have to create a new quip every now & then once the row limits are reached.
  • Can't do a detailed analysis like pivots, tables, etc.

  • Quip has increased the efficiency of our copywriters by making it easier to organize projects, eliminate emails (requesting for review), and eliminated version conflicts.
  • Quip has simplified the hand-off between copy and graphics. Instead of having to put together an email with all the copy and images, a Quip doc can house everything and a simple notification lets the designers know a project is ready for design.
  • Quip has allowed much easier visibility into the work of the copywriters in order for me to see when a project is ready to move along.

  • It is a tool that allows work teams to move forward in a centralized way and meet their objectives as efficiently as possible; this has allowed us to meet our customers and brought more work to the organization, therefore more revenue; I would say that the ROI was fast enough, as expected.

  • Again, I was not the buyer so this is hard to say.
  • What needs to be compared is Google Docs and Quip - if your company is looking to cut costs and uses Quip this seems like an easy choice. Yes, it's better, but you must figure out if the ROI is worth it.

  • Since getting Quip, we've been able to move projects forward at a faster speed. There is more accountability among our team.
  • I was not the purchaser of the tool so I am unsure of its ROI.
  • Overall business objectives are being met with Quip and we see a good reduction in project lifecycle time.
