Overall Satisfaction with QuoteWerks
Being in sales, I often need a way to turn the customer's needs, into financial information. Quotewerks has given me the ability to easily "spell out" all costs associated with the customer's purchase, ensuring a smooth transaction. This saves time for the customers and allows me to take more clients in a day.
Pros
- Great tool for giving the customer a perfect breakdown of their purchase
- Allows me to stay organized with my follow ups on potential sales
- Makes any changes to the customer quote easy, allowing the customer to compare products vs cost
Cons
- The learning curve was a little rough, but got easier as I understood.
- Sometimes it will glitch when sending an email and say it bounced but the customer really did get it.
- The UI isn't the most attractive but I supposed that could be more of a personal preference.
- Being able to manage more than one customer at a time has directly affected my commission.
- Switching from our old quote system to QuoteWerks, I'd say my sales have gone up about 17% ish.
- We are a growing company with growing needs, and this product has allowed us to expand without having to change systems again.
QuoteWerks just seems to make more sense for this application than the others. They are great CRM's but they can be quite limited in functionality when it comes to actual quotes, breakdowns, and totals. They leave you pretty much doing it manually, and because of that, QuoteWerks has really stepped up my game and got me a lot smoother with what I need to get done.
