Rapport has pros and cons
Overall Satisfaction with Rapport
Rapport is used throughout our entire animal hospital (medical, admin, and kennel staff). We use Rapport for clients to be able to schedule appointments online, make medication refill requests, send reminders, manage appointment confirmations, and communicate with clients via text message.
Pros
- Being able to have an unlimited number of message templates (others do not)
- Linking text/email/phone communications directly into the patient's chart in AVImark
- Appointment confirmations and reminders

- Slightly cheaper than previous client communication system
The closest match to Rapport we have used in the past is PetDesk (not an option above). We chose to switch to Rapport because we had limited templates with PetDesk and the communications were not directly entered into the patient's chart with that platform.
