Lots of features but disappointing accuracy of speech to text

There are many features on this product but we mainly purchased it for the speech to text facility. So far, I have been disappointed with the accuracy of the conversion from speech to text and it is far less accurate than a similar function in Google Docs. The advantage of this product is that it can be used in exams.

We were hoping that it would be a great tool for our students who find handwriting and typing frustrating. We have had a number of issues getting the product to work (this may be our own issues) and this has affected how quickly we have been able to make the product available for the students to try. When I have tried it, I have found it slower than typing as I had to go back to correct errors in the conversion from speech to text.
