Overall Satisfaction with Recruit CRM

We use Recruit CRM to manage filling roles within the company. It has helped us be more efficient in hiring and the process of hiring as a whole. It is super helpful for our team and has been a great software for the team.
  • Makes the process of hiring more efficient

  • Makes process for candidates better
  • Saves a lot of external issues/work outside ATS
  • They are adding a lot of features all the time which can be annoying
  • They are usually catching up with features that other programs have rather than being more innovative
  • Other than this, I do not really have any complaints about this software
  • Has helped us save a lot of time
  • Setup is easy so we do not need a ton of time training
