Overall Satisfaction with Recurly
We essentially use Recurly as our many database regarding billing for our customer's orders. As a customer support representative, Recurly is essential for me to assist a customer with any payment declines, possible fraudulent card activity, discount redemption troubles, etc., situations related to payment for orders. Recurly has proven to be an efficient database for my company to manage customer payments.
Pros

- Payment invoices should be re-designed such that the number shown on top reflects any credits applied to the transaction.
- More options for filters by which transactions can be searched.
- More insightful information about why a decline has occurred for a payment.
- Formatting of order invoices causes confusion for customers.
- Provides searching capacities and transaction informs to identify + resolve fraud issues.
- Helps track discounts and promotional codes.
