We use Red Falcon as our only point of sale software. It works with our distributor and makes operations easy for us.
Pros
- Reports on customer item usage
- works seamlessly with our distibutor
- gives us the tools to operate our business easily
Cons
- I wish adding miscellaneous items and services was easier
- I wish it wasn't so expensive to have multiple users at the same time
- I wish a client account could use more than one business per email address
- Our customers that use it love it
- it works great for our walk-in sales
- employees like the ease of use
