Overall Satisfaction with Red Hat OpenShift

We have Red Hat OpenShift 3.x and 4.x in our [...] Environment.
Also recently we have OSV installed.
Regarding HCP we are interested to consider the worst case scenarios , where if Hosting cluster is down we lose access to whole Hosted clusters.
This will be an worst case where if Redhat can provide any from product side

Pros

  • Robust design
  • scalabiity
  • observability

Cons

  • A complete better documentation on Redhat 4.x Certification rotation
  • Bringing up the cluster in worst case scenarios in a quicker way. fast mitigation
  • better security and faster recovery
During upgrades process of 4.x , It was random nodes picks up by MCP.
Looking for an operator which helps to do upgrade in s specific fashion where we can put node out of service at load balancer level
we have OSV , HCP , 4.x clusters
