Overall Satisfaction with Referral Factory
I have started running online makeup classes and needed a tool that could connect with my CRM so I know who has booked classes and who I need to give a makeup trial discount. Referral Factory sends my referrals straight to my CRM so I don’t have to do any extra work to manage my program. Plus, their system also tells me who I need to reward and when.
Pros
- it's really easy to use.
- They provide templates for all business types.
- I don't need a developer or coding knowledge to use it.
Cons
- I wasn’t able to show my referrers who they have referred.
- I'd like to be able to left align the text.
