Great Review Platform that is Cost Effective and Effective!

Overall Satisfaction with Review Trackers
We use Review Trackers as a means of keeping track of all of the reviews our business is bringing in, along with a platform that will enable any staff member to request a review in an instant. For us, this solves the problem of our staff knowing what is happening with our online reputation and being able to use it to our and their benefit.
- Review/Feedback requests
- Email blasts for every review brought in
- Tracking of review numbers and company success
- Response time with recognizing reviews. This is often 24-48 hours and can be too long of a turnaround time.
- Don't link with all of the review sources. For us this is particularly impactful with Angie's List, however this seems to be on the Angie's List side vs theirs.
- Better cstomer service
- Higher reviews posted
- Better rracking of reviews and responses
- ReviewBuzz
We switched to Review Trackers because they simply were a better fit for our business needs and fit to our agency review platform versus creating a method we had to follow.
