We use it as a communications platform and a social recognition platform.
  • Integrates well with other software platforms (e.g. our HR system).
  • Easy to implement.
  • Very user-friendly interface.
  • More community functionality.
  • Ability to upload videos to conversation threads.
  • Helped us to simplify communications out to the business.
  • Cost savings as we were able to streamline several needs into one platform (communication & recognition).
  • Improved employee engagement (due to better comms and stronger culture of recognition).
TinyPulse was an excellent platform for getting feedback from employees, and having a dialogue with them about it, but less well suited as a communications or recognition platform.
