Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Reward Gateway across the entire organization. The business problem we had and which is solved (plus some) was an internal intranet and communications site and portal. What we got was a robust platform to share ideas, inform staff, recognize each other, reward subordinates, and a quick access portal for links to other commonly used sites for the organization, and our intranet files.

Dedicated Client Success Manager who meets with you bi-weekly
Dedicated support available anytime and very knowledgable
They create opportunities for us to recognize staff - creating marketing and visuals at no cost
They are actively invested in the engagment and outcomes of your organization

The SmartHub is a bit intimidating BUT end users don't really have to modify it unless they want to, I try not to and my account manager helps with changes.
There are honestly no negatives, the platform is amazing

Alternatives Considered

The cost was much less and the value was far, far superior. They provided an all in one solution that the others could not. And their client service is incredible.

Because of it's scalability, the RG Employee Engagement Platform works for just about any company. It enables ease of communications, peer shout outs, rewards/recognition and the perks are a major bonus. I would recommend it for anyone looking for a platform like this.
