Overall Satisfaction with Ridder iQ
We use Ridder iQ to manage our inventory, create purchase orders, offers, sales orders and invoices. We just started using the time registration and are constantly improving the things we use. We recently started with the service module as well.
- High level of customasation
- Interactive dashboard
- Keep track of purchase orders
- It is quite slow, every new menu takes about 2-3 seconds to load
- I would like to send payment reminders via Ridder iQ
- It can be very complicated to change things
- The manual is very very long and the search options are limited
- + managing inventory levels and suggested purchase levels
- + managing costs for orders, in material and workinghours
- - because of the complexity trying new things takes a lot of time before you know exactly how it works
