  • They are too good! I can't think of anything negative!
  • Improved response times.
  • Generally solves issues within a week.
My representative is always very knowledgeable and very responsive!
Rimini Street is quicker than getting items directly from the "big" software company's support.

They like to work with you, not just in the background. I'd rather have them on the phone or in the system with you so that they understand the issue live and not just try to recreate something in the background! They are great at this.
