Pros

  • Provide our own personal support contact who was able to learn our business and understand our needs

Cons

  • Maritz customized the ATG code quite a bit, they learned enough to support our version. Could have dug in a bit more.
  • Having Rimini Street resources available to answer questions and provide guidance allowed us to enhance and extend the Oracle Commerce product to fit our unique business requirements.
They were always able to answer our question or provide guidance to fix issues.

When Maritz moved ATG to Google Cloud Platform, they served as sounding board for our implementation. When we had issues a month after the release, they worked around the clock to help debug the problem, even though it turned out to not be an ATG issue.

When we needed Endeca help when we were refreshing our lower environments with production data, Rimini Street found a resource who was able to help us complete the task.
