RingEX allows me to leverage their tools to create a maximum reach telecommunications machine. This is a system that is well engineered and well worth the time to set up.

Reliability and Availability

For the most part, yes, I believe the system is reliable and service is available. I have been surprised and impressed by how competent staff members overseas have been in both understanding and addressing my concerns. These are well trained individuals with a technical knowledge that I take for granted is often not available in overseas call centers.

Unified Communications Solution

By providing functionality for both voice messages with a national line, as well as IVR functions, and both phone and computer app capability, RingEX has allowed me to upscale rapidly without requiring that I create the system. It is plug and play, and it has been incredibly helpful for my business.
